After we have received your file, you will receive it back, mastered or mixed (depending on your choice) within 5 to 7 days. Tracks can of course also be ready earlier.
If you are not satisfied with the first mix & master we send you or if you want an adjustment, you can send us an email to info@soundplug.be with what you want. Such an adjustment takes 3 days to get.
After checkout you will receive a confirmation email with a link to our WeTransfer to upload your files.
We prefer (if possible) only to receive the tracks, but we also accept Logic Pro files.
We specialize in mastering and mixing Hip-Hop, R&B, Pop & Dance.
The equipment and software used depends on the audio engineer handling a project. To guarantee quality, orders are distributed among different audio engineers (taking into account the individual expertise in a particular genre).
When booking a recording session in one of our studios, mixing & mastering is included. You pay a total amount per hour for a recording session.
Note: this only counts for booking a session with an ENGINEER. Sessions booked without an engineer ‘studio rental’ will not be mixed or mastered.
SoundPlug Studio is a non-smoking area. Smoking is therefore strictly prohibited!

No, if you book a session without an engineer, you must bring your own computer.
If you book a studio session with us and still see that you want to record more, this is certainly possible, but you must book at least 1 hour extra. This is of course only possible if there is room in the agenda.
